Proclamation of 2nd October as Gandhi Day
The Mahatma Gandhi Peace Council of Ottawa has proposed to the City of Ottawa to proclaim October 2nd as Gandhi Day. The Mayor of Ottawa has accepted our request and has agreed to make this announcement at the City Hall on October 2nd, 2019, the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
